Ionelia is PA to Professor Daping Chu and oversees finances and other administrative tasks within the Centre for Photonic Devices and Sensors (CPDS) as well as the Centre for Advanced Photonics and Electronics (CAPE). She received her BSc in Communications and Public relations in 2011, at Transilvania University, Brasov, Romania. Previously Ionelia worked as Executive Assistant at the Cambridge Graphene Centre.
